My Story
Hi, I’m Bianka Panova.
And I believe that young girls deserve world-class training - without being pushed, pressured, or overlooked.
I was once a little girl with a dream - just like your daughter.
That dream took me to the Olympics, 9 World Championship titles, and even a Guinness World Record.
But after all that... what I’m most proud of is what I do today.
Because I saw how, in so many places, young gymnasts were either trained too harshly or left behind if they weren’t “the best.”
So I decided to build something different.
A space where every girl is seen.
Where coaching is world-class - but always caring.
Where we don’t just train athletes… we raise confident, graceful, resilient young women.
And unlike other academy founders who stay behind the scenes - I’m in the studio, every day, working hands-on with the coaches and the girls.

Frequently Asked Questions
My daughter has no prior experience. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Our Foundation Program is designed for beginners, even those with no gymnastics or ballet background.
Will this help with DSA?
Yes! Rhythmic gymnastics is a recognised DSA sport. Many of our girls use their training to secure placements in top secondary schools. Not only just with DNA, it prepares girls for long-term development and future opportunities.
What if my child is shy or not athletic?
We’ve helped many shy, reserved girls blossom through gentle, encouraging training. Our coaches specialize in helping every child feel confident and included.
Is there any commitment after the trial?
None at all. If you love the experience, we’ll recommend the next steps. If not, you’ve had a great session and a fun memory.
